Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policies are designed to be fair to both customers and salon partners.

Customer Cancellation

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking value, at the salon's discretion.

To cancel a booking, use the cancellation option in your booking confirmation or contact us through the help & support page.

Salon Cancellation

In rare cases, a salon may need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (staff unavailability, emergencies, etc.). If this happens, you will receive a full refund and we will help you rebook with the same or an alternative salon.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, the salon may charge the full booking amount. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment, subject to the salon's availability. Rescheduling within 4 hours is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid at the salon, any refund will be handled directly by the salon.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been fully or partially performed
  • Gift cards and promotional credits (unless required by law)
  • No-show bookings without prior communication

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a service or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review the situation and work with the salon to find a fair resolution.
