Salons set their own prices, availability, and service terms. While we strive to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listings at all times.
Payments for services are processed securely through our platform or directly at the salon, depending on the provider's setup. All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to pay the full amount for any services you book. Failure to pay may result in restrictions on your account.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a booking.
All content on Zodule, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zodule or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may submit reviews and ratings for services you have used. By submitting content, you grant Zodule a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

Zodule is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
